I just realized I had planed on dieting and tryng to improve my eating habits too. I have lost weight and inches but I didnt go The Atkins way. And I hate to say this but it was the walking that has done it. I started walking 3 blocks to work one and back again and then up and down the stairs at my daughters. Then of course I went to the festivals. I didnt really eat certain foods are cut out some foods for others. I just cut down a little so I never felt deprived. I must say I am buttoning tops that I have never been able to button. And smaller jeans. So I am impressed that with out dwelling on what I was doing it, just happened. So I am going to try and improve what I eat and continue to do what I have been doing
