:yes: well I have started off not to bad. I had 3 poached eggs with cheese for breakfast and coffee with creamer. And fish and salad for lunch wiht water. And of course coffee and a diet coke. I had for wheat thins and a cracker making up 28 carbs. The hard part will be when I go home this evening.:> Hopefully I will beable to control the eating. Now I must look at the exercising :**:
