well I have started off not to bad. I had 3 poached eggs with cheese for breakfast and coffee with creamer. And fish and salad for lunch wiht water. And of course coffee and a diet coke. I had for wheat thins and a cracker making up 28 carbs. The hard part will be when I go home this evening.
Hopefully I will beable to control the eating. Now I must look at the exercising

Freers. Take it from someone that knows. Don't try to do the eating and the exercising at the same time.
Try raising you exercise regime first up to a level that you feel is starting to push you. Then reduce your intake only very slightly.
Good way to start and you aren't putting yourself under too much pressure. If you stick with it for a month or so you will see the results. I promise.
