Well, I have decided that I needed to lose some weight and some inches and mostly start feeling better. And I have done the Aktins diet before and it worked for me. And is probablely why I havent balloned to a ton by now. As, counting carbs is now something I am aware of instead of calories. So I am starting now slowly as I will have to start the 14day induction next monday. But a slow start is better than no start. As far exercise we shall see
