Well, I have decided that I needed to lose some weight and some inches and mostly start feeling better. And I have done the Aktins diet before and it worked for me. And is probablely why I havent balloned to a ton by now. As, counting carbs is now something I am aware of instead of calories. So I am starting now slowly as I will have to start the 14day induction next monday. But a slow start is better than no start. As far exercise we shall see

I have a tony little glider so I won't hurt my knees but I have to start slow on that also. but one day at a time

I all need it. Stress I eat, happy I eat, sad I eat. Heck I eat just to eat LOL
I started this last year after we moved. We had been packing day and night and it was about a bizillion degrees out, so I wasn't very hungry. after we moved I lost a bunch of weight. We have a trail by our home and there is a lake at the end of that trail. At first I could only make it about 1/2 way to the trail. I also started wtih 20 situps. You have to be patient with it. Right now its almost 60 here and I want to walk so bad to the lake but the knee isn't quite there yet. I'm a bit frustrated but I know I have to wait this knee out.
